over these past 30 days, i dont think that i dropped 30 pounds, but i did change a seroius life habit and am stronger & leaner than ive been in a long time! i dont have a scale, but my guess is by how my clothes fit - that i dropped between 5 and 7 pounds. im not even really concerned about my weight really - just the feeling of a stronger body was my goal in the first place.
over these past 30 days, i didn't miss a week without working out. i did have some slacking weeks - only fitting 1 or 2 days of 20 minutes in the morning. but at times, i even impressed myself with one week getting up for 5 out of 7 mornings to sweat my ass of with jillian.
I FEEL GREAT. and am looking forward to working harder now that i know that i can actually do an entire series of workouts. jillian was a little obnoixus - but thats what i really needed to litterally get my ass back in shape. all of the workouts were challenging and accomplishing - and feel like levels 1 and 3 were my absolute favorite ones on the DVD. not a fan of all the jumping, but i pounded through (and hopefully woke my neighbor downstairs). like i said, i feel solid, and was never more excited to put on my spring clothes from last year that actually fit!
i started thinking about getting another tape this morning - which i think that i will do once i get absoutely bored with this one. i also started thinking about running again this morning - and besides the fact that it scares the hell of me that im even thinking of doing it again - i really DO think i can!
ill keep updating with my excercising adventures - especially as the spring rolls in. and last but not least, i would fully FULLY recommend the 30 day shred to anyone who feels like they need to get motivated and work out again. it definetly worked for me!
